The advantage of the propane powered P250i fuel cell, which produces 250W while consuming ¼ pound of propane per hour, is the unit’s ability to provide backup power on demand when needed, such as in the event of extended periods of limited sunshine or lack of wind power. Remote sites are provided with sufficient fuel to minimize the need for site visits. Remote system monitoring is also available via cell or satellite modem connections.
